1. Is this program for men or women?
My First Six Pack works for both men and women. You see, the fat burning principles that really work, like interval training, stabilization exercises, muscular overload, etc., work regardless whether you are a man or a woman. The nutritional guidelines of eating whole, natural foods are the same as well. In general, the only thing that will be different is that women require fewer calories than men, but we'll teach you about this in the program.
Traditionally, women have been afraid to add resistance training to their workouts because they are afraid of bulking up. So instead of adding nice, sexy, fat burning lean muscle to their bodies, they end up doing long, slow boring cardio workouts which ends up slowing down the metabolism and eating away at their muscles. We'll teach both men and women the right way to train, so that this never happens to you ever again.
2. Is this program for beginners, intermediate, or advanced people?
This program is for all levels of fitness. In fact, the first 4 weeks includes beginner workout programs with instructions to the intermediate and advanced exercisers on how to make the workouts more challenging. In addition many of the workouts are timed circuits that are suitable for all fitness levels. The more advanced exerciser will go faster with little rest and the new exerciser will go slower and take more rest.
The beauty about doing bodyweight exercises is that you don't have to worry about how heavy a weight to lift. I provide easier and more difficult versions of the most popular exercises and there are videos of each workout so you always know if you're performing the exercise correctly.
3. Is this program ONLY about ab exercises or is it an entire workout and nutrition program?
No this program isn't only about abs exercises. In fact, you'll soon realize that you won't be doing any traditional abs exercises like crunches or sit ups. In this program, your abs will be used the way they are meant to be used - as stabilizers, and each workout will be a full body workout, so you will makeover your entire physique.
And nutrition is the most important component for getting a flat stomach and six pack abs so we dedicate the majority of your coaching lessons to the nutrition portion of the program.
4. Does my membership include personal coaching?
Unfortunately, the answer is "no". While I will always be available to handle support requests (I.E. I can't download this week's lesson) I simply don't have the time to personally coach 1,000 members. Even if every member just asked ONE question (even a simple question) it would be impossible to handle all of the requests. (With that said, if you join My First Six Pack you will learn about something cool where you can get more one on one help but I won't tell you any more about that here).
5. Do I have to commit to the entire 16 Weeks?
Of course not. While I don't think you'll want to do so, you may cancel anytime you want. You may either email me through the Contact Us link to the above left of this page or Clickbank.com directly for a prompt and courteous cancellation. Like I said, I don't think you'll want to do so after diving in to the training!
7. How quickly can I really get six pack abs?
Of course I have to start by saying "It depends." It depends upon your current body fat percentage, your exercise history, your current diet, your healthy history, how well you stick with the program I outline for you, and a variety of other factors.
With that said I have helped hundreds of people achieve significant results in only 12 weeks - with this 16 week program you will stand a great chance of making awesome progress towards your goal of achieving six pack abs.

8. How much time do the workouts in the My First Six pack program take and how often do I need to do them?
Due to the nature of the workouts, they were designed knowing that you have a busy schedule and a busy life. Because of this, the workouts generally take anywhere between 13-26 minutes a day. You'll be working out 6 days a week so you can get a nice spike in your metabolism that will literally be having your body burning fat calories 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
9. On what day of the week will I receive my weekly emails?
There isn't a set "day" of the week when lessons will arrive to your inbox. The autoresponder is setup to send out your lesson approximately every 7 days (sometimes there is a 24-48 hour difference in delivery, but you'll always receive a lesson each week).

10. I am a new mother. Would your training system be beneficial to me or should
look into your Mommy Abs program?
I actually specialize with women training and new moms! (congratulations by the way!). :)

11. Will the "video" portions come as part of the downloads each week??
Yes, every week I will have new coaching videos on motivation, nutrition, each week’s fat-blasting My First Six Pack workout video coaching sessions, and I will be adding six pack abs video success tips on top of all that. I will also be giving you downloadable 6 pack abs homework assignments, downloadable nutrition and meal plans, and motivation and accountability assignments to keep fired up and on track towards your six pack goals!
12. What happens to my account/billing info after the final 4th payment is made? I want to make sure payments do not re-occur and that my account info is erased.
There are only 4 payments (one when you sign up and one each of the three remaining months) and all of the Billing is handled by www.Clickbank.com which is recognized as the most honest and professional Third Party billing organizations online.
